While a license is not required to submit a bid, the successful bidder must be a licensed contractor to perform the type of construction herein described as required by Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 62, Chapter 6 prior to award of the Contract. Contract Security: The Successful bidder will be required to furnish a separate contract bond payable to the OWNER in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price as security for CONTRACTOR'S faithful performance and payment of all obligations under the Contract Documents.
