Project ID TMA 14301 Ensolum Project No. 01A1012044A This project is for the University of North Texas, 200 Avenue D, Denton, Texas 76203, to demolish College Inn in its entirety and correctly dispose of all materials. Demo removal down to five (5) feet below grade of any structural piers and removal of retaining walls. Contractor will be responsible for Air Monitoring in coordination with Abatement remediation performed. Demolition also includes the pool and back fill for pool. Existing work zone parking surfaces to be cleaned and repaired upon completion of demo; grading of site; providing temporary sprinklers and Bermuda hydro seeding for site. Protection of specific trees on site required. Trees will be pretreated and protected during demo. Trees not indicated for protection to be removed by vendor with demolition. Vendor will be required to work with City of Denton municipality and UNT Facilities in removal of all demolished debris and materials.
