Site work for a mixed-use development in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Ogden City Corporation is accepting sealed bids for a Construction Contract named as: Ogden Airport Road Sewer Improvements The work generally includes but is not limited to the following: Installation of approximately 6,300 feet of 12-inch PVC sanitary sewer main line, manholes, lateral connections, etc. including asphalt and landscape restoration work located at 3900 Airport Road in Ogden, Utah. A complete set of Bid Documents will be available by download from the Ogden City website. A complete set of Bid Documents must be used in preparing Bids. Bidders are responsible for securing any and all addenda issued. Owner and Engineer assume no responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bid Documents. Prospective bidders should be experienced in culinary water/utility installation, civil road construction, and need to be in good standing with Ogden City. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid that best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City. Ogden City encourages and welcomes bids from local, small, women and minority-owned businesses and other disadvantaged business enterprises.
