deadline for questions on Friday, March 18, 2022.The proposed work will be contracted to a licensed Florida General Contractor consisting of providing all on-call repair, maintenance, engineering, and construction services to include all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to construct as detailed in the contract documents. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: The proposed Work Assignments consist of providing all on-call repair, maintenance, engineering, and construction services to include all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to construct as detailed in the contract documents. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Repair/replacement of LFG collection wells or wellheads Installation of new LFG collection wells and wellheads Repair/replacement of LFG collection system header and lateral pipes, condensate drainage pipes, condensate pumps, condensate sumps, LFG well dewatering pumps, LFG well leachate force main, LFG well pump air force main, system isolation valves as shown in Appendices A, B & C. Repair of geosynthetic and geocomposite cap materials (for repairs required at closed areas of the Landfills). Repair/replacement, maintenance, engineering for construction support, and construction of LFG control system (blowers, flares, piping, fittings, valves, etc.). Repair/replacement, maintenance, engineering for construction support, and construction of Class I LFG compression system (piping, valves, compression system control and equipment, chiller system control and equipment, condensate management, hydrogen sulfide control equipment, odor control equipment, etc.) as shown in Appendix D. Any other repairs to the landfill gas collection and control systems as directed. All work shall be in accordance with the Plans & Specifications and shall be in compliance with all applicable codes. The work is located in Palm Beach County, Florida at the PBREP Class I and Class III Landfills and the closed Dyer Landfill. Information to access the meeting is forthcoming.
