Reliant South Construction Group serving as the Construction Manager for A. Gary Walsingham Academy will be accepting bids from potential subcontractors on various bid packages related to the project at 44 Chip Seal Parkway, Panama City Beach, FL. The trades bidding are as follows: Asphalt Paving Concrete The Construction Manager and Bay District School reserves the right to waive any irregularities and reject any/or all bids. The new sidewalk 170' long, under the new walkway canopy will have 12"x12" thicken edge on both sides to accommodate walkway canopy columns. -Preparation for sidewalks, paving, base, landscaping, etc. to be included in each bid option. -Base and paving thickness based off civil sheets. -Include new signs and pavement markings as shown.
