This project is being paid with Wheelage Tax funds and therefore prevailing wages are not required. Bids submitted must be individually sealed, and identified on the outside for each specific project. A bidder's bond or a certified check in the amount of at least 5% of the total amount bid and payable must accompany the bid to the Treasurer of Fillmore County.
