Lamar University is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the selection of one Service Provider to perform the Summer Cleaning at Cardinal Village Residence Halls Suites. All questions regarding this RFP, shall be in writing to the Point of Contact Kelli Morris no later than Thursday, March 3, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. local time The length of such contract shall be 1 year from contract execution or date set forth in the contract, whichever is later, with an option to renew for one additional year if both parties agree in writing. If the University and the "best value" successful Respondent(s) are unable to sign, negotiate and execute a contract, the University reserves the right to seek an alternative Respondent to make an award. Work estimated to begin Monday, May 16, 2021 The University reserves the right to reject or accept any and all responses and/or temporarily or permanently abandon the Project, make no award or waive minor process or submission irregularities. The University makes no representations, written or oral, that it will enter into any form of Agreement or Contract for any Project with any Respondent to this RFP and no such representation is intended or should be construed by the issuance of this RFP.
