Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
As of April 19,2022. The project has been awarded to My Projects amounting $121,646.17. The Housing Authority of Bowling Green will receive sealed bids to remove and replace 30 buildings, Fasia and Gutter. 1 Remove the old Gutter and Fascia metal. All Fascia and Gutter are to be replaced. Remove and replace all front porch post with aluminum 4 or 5 in columns with top and base trim. Total clean-up ofthe area: use a magnet to pick up nails, protect shrubs with tarps, clean out all gutters, clean up the lawns. Haul away and dispose of all materials. Remove existing gutter and fascia metal and replace any rotten fascia board, install new pebble clay fascia metal and new pebble clay 5" seamless gutters and downspouts on all buildings, front and back including office. Field Measurements are required for all bidders. Replace All porch post to be 4 or 5" aluminum column style with cap trim and base trim (white). All Fascia metal is to be pebble clay in color, including gable ends. Porch columns must be securely fastened at top and bottom. All bidders must submit a 5% Bid Guarantee with their bid. The successful winning bidder must furnish an Assurance of Completion (bond, letter of credit, cash escrow). Davis-Bacon "Residential" wage rates will apply.
