Site work for a municipal facility in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Bid guaranty/bid bond: $1,000.00 ESTIMATED COST: $25,000.00 Completion- 15 calendar days. This Project will entail the removal of the 4 current Flagpoles located at the Travel Information Center (TIC). The Flagpoles that will be removed will be determined by the Local Staff. 1. Contractor will remove and dispose of 4 Flagpoles from the Travel Information Center (TIC) that will be determined by the TxDOT Project Manager. 2. Remove and dispose of base concrete and any debris at Flagpole below the ground at least 10". 3. Add new soil material and grass/brick to backfill where concrete and base was removed. Vendor will need to go back with the material that was originally at the location at TIC. 4. Vendor will clean up entire work area every day. 5. Vendor will put up safety netting around work area to help to alleviate any safety issues for TxDOT employees, visitors and vendor employees. 6. Vendor will repair any damages to TxDOT Property. 7. If any questions arise please get with Project Manager to answer those questions.
