Site work for a water / sewer project in Fairhope, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Valley Street Lift Station. The City of Fairhope is requesting responses to demolish existing block and mortar building. Remove all existing pumps, controls, and piping. Wet will and existing concrete floor to remain. Divider wall inside wet well to be removed. Wet well to be lined and new submersible pumps. Guide rails, piping and controls installed Fairhope Utilities will be responsible for the by pass pumping while the station is rehabbed.
