All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term iron and steel products means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials. Please take notice: Bids received via facsimile or electronically will not be considered. Bids must be made upon and in accordance with the Bid Documents including bid form supplements. Bids must be submitted in duplicate (one original and one exact copy). Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work, refer to the bid form supplements.
