Major works of the project include demolition of existing roof insulation, installation of new base cover sheet, insulation, cover board and modified bitumen roofing wherever necessary. The scope also includes associated mechanical equipment reinstallation, lightning protection reinstallation and plumbing works. LEGO encourages all the M/WBE, LDB and VBE contractors/vendors to participate in the project.
