Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Request for Tender for the Renovation of Washroom and lobby at Theatre Passe Muraille, 16 Ryerson Avenue, Toronto. Scope of work: Washrooms and lobby renovations to improve function and accessibility. Work includes, replacement of concrete slab-on-grade, construction of new acoustic partitions, washroom, Box office, and lighting upgrades, and HVAC and Sprinkler System modifications. The building is designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act as being of architectural and historical value. All work is to be completed with minimal impact on the existing heritage attributes. This project has been scheduled to occur between July 1- September 22, 2022, a time frame when there are no performances occurring at the theatre. This schedule is firm. If you cannot meet this time frame do not apply. The intention is to issue a Purchase Order by May 1, 2022 to provide lead time for ordering materials and supplies.
