The submission of proposals will be a two-step process that consists of 1)prequalification of Offeror and 2)the bidding phase. Only Offerors who have been prequalified will receive the bid sheets and will be invited to submit a bid. Proposals may be held for ninety (90) days subject to action by the County. The County of Santa Fe reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in part or whole. A completed proposal shall be submitted in a sealed container indicating the proposal title and number along with the Offerors name and address clearly marked on the outside of the container. By submitting a proposal for the requested services each Offeror is certifying that their proposal complies with regulations and requirements stated within the Request for Proposals. To combat the spread of the recent COVID-19 illness, the submission of Proposals will also be accepted electronically utilizing a DropBox. By submitting a proposal for the requested services each Offeror is certifying that it is a qualified firm and its proposal complies with the requirements stated within the Request for Proposals.
