L Squared Engineering, on behalf of MRSS Partners, LTD for MC MUD 176, invites bids for Kennedy Street Extension #1 Phases I & II (for MC MUD 176), project, located in City of Willis, Texas Scope Of Work: The work consists of all necessary items to complete paving and WS&D infrastructure for Kennedy Street Extension #1 Phases I & II. Bids shall be prepared as set forth in INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, inclusive of required Bid Bond or Bid Security. Bidders will be required to provide Payment, Maintenance, and Performance Bonds in accordance with State Law. Bidder will be required to provide a completed, signed, and notarized TEC Form 1295 complete with a certificate number assigned by the Texas Ethics Commission (TEC), pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908 and the rules promulgated thereunder by the TEC. Bidders should be advised that, prior to award of any contract, the Owner reserves the right to conduct a pre-award survey for the purposes of determining the bidders responsibility and capacity to perform the contract. Bidder shall be prepared to respond within 24 hours of such a request. This survey may include review of subcontracting agreements, financial capacity, and quality of work performed in other contracts.
