You are invited to review and respond to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), entitled "Rubberized Asphalt Concrete Engineering and Technical Assistance, DRR21067". In submitting your Statement of Qualifications package, you must comply with the instructions herein. Note that all agreements entered into with the State of California will include by reference General Terms and Conditions, Special Terms and Conditions and Contractor Certification Clauses which are referenced in Section II of this package. CalRecycle reserves the right to amend the term of this Contract as needs arise.This contract will ultimately encumber funding from Fiscal Years 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 and is subject to the passage of the respective Budget Acts and approval by CalRecycle. There is a current maximum budget of $500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand dollars and zero cents). Furthermore, CalRecycle reserves the right to amend the Agreement for additional time as required for completion of work, or to increase funding, in accordance with Exhibit B, Budget Detail and Payment Provisions of the resulting Agreement. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
