Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Pasco, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The Port of Pasco is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms for professional engineering services for the Pavement Management Program (PMP). It is anticipated that a Professional Services Agreement (PSA} will be awarded by the Port of Pasco Commission at its March 10, 2022 meeting. SCOPE OF WORK The project Scope of Work (SOW) consists of performing a pavement inventory and evaluation and developing a management program for pavement surfaces at the TriCities Airport, to include the airfield and terminal area. The program will assist the Airport in determining maintenance, rehabilitation, and reconstruction needs, priorities, and projects. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
