Below are responses to additional questions received to the Architect-Engineering Services announcement 9594CS22R0007: Question #1: The announcement says, projects will take place "throughout the Washington, DC area" (page 1); would that then include the surrounding states of Maryland and Virginia Response: No it does not. Question #2: Page 6 mentions as a criterion "location in the general geographical area of CSOSA (i.e., Washington, DC)"; do firms therefore need to have offices in or around Washington, DC Response: Criterion 5, Location in the general geographical area of CSOSA (i.e., Washington, DC).... states, "Evaluation of firms will include consideration of their location within the primary geographic area of the anticipated projects, i.e., Washington, DC..." As stated in this criterion, the location of the firm will be considered in the evaluation for this criterion. Below are responses to all questions received to the Architect-Engineering Services announcement 9594CS22R0007: Question #1: Is there an overall page limit for the submission Response: Only the page limitations identified in the announcement are applicable. For example, Criterion 1 states, "b. The completed SF330, Part I, Section E, shall be no more than one page for each of the above identified discipliens and ..." Please read the announcement carefully and comply with all submission requirements. Question #2: CAD Technician is listed as one of the required disciplines, but is not listed as a discipline required under Criterion 1. Please confirm if a CAD Technician's resume is required. Response: This confirms that the CAD Technician, while required for inclusion in the final A-E IDIQ award, is not listed as a discipline required under Criterion 1. Question #3: For Criterion 2, what constitutes a "completed project" Will the government accept a completed design or must the project have been constructed within the last 5 years Response: A completed design is acceptable as the "completed project". Question #4: For Criterion 4, will the government accept previously completed PPQs if they are in the same format as Attachment A Response: No; PPQs must be provided on the Attachment A included in the posted A-E announcement. Question #5: Are there incumbents for this contract If so, can you provide the firm names Response: There are no current incumbents for this requirement. Question #6: Does the personnel hourly rate info need to be submitted in the proposal for this RFP Response: Only what is identified in the published announcement is to be provided. No pricing information is required at this tim. There is no extension to the due date for submission of SF330s as a result of this additional posting. 9594CS22R0007 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contracts for Architect-Engineering Services in Support of the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) Area of Responsibility ALL INFORMATION NEEDED FOR INTERESTED PARTIES TO SUBMIT A STANDARD FORM (SF) 330, ARCHITECT- ENGINEER QUALIFICATIONS IS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED ANNOUNCEMENT. THERE IS NO SEPARATE SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PACKAGE TO DOWNLOAD. FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 36.602 SELECTION PROCEDURES APPLY. This procurement will result in no more than three multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for multi-discipline Architect-Engineer (A-E) services in support of projects in CSOSA's area of responsibility, i.e., throughout the Washington, DC area. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541310, Architectural Services. The small business size standard is $8,000,000. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
