Site work and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Gurley, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
For Charles Stone Memorial Park Trail Lighting and Electrical Upgrades (ReBid) including excavation, wire, boxes, connections, receptacles, conduit, monument lights, food truck pedestal assembly and related items (light pole assemblies to be provided by the Town). Unsuccessful bidders will be refunded 100% of the plan deposit for one set returned to the Engineer, in reusable condition, within 10 days after the bid opening. Additional sets obtained shall be refunded 50% of the plan deposit. All non-bidders, subcontractors, vendors or dealers shall be refunded 50% of the plan deposit for each set returned to the Engineer, in reusable condition, within 10 days after the bid opening. All Bidders must be properly licensed in accordance with the requirements of the State Licensing Board for General Contractors (Chapter 8, Title 34, Code of Alabama, 1975 or latest) Project no 4173.
