Completion Date: Nov. 3, 2023 Pre-Bid Meeting Info: No mandatory pre bid meeting will be held. o Demolition, removal, and proper disposal of exiting heat pumps at the identified units at Orness Plaza. o Contractor to supply, install, and startup new heat pumps in the identified units in the spreadsheet below at Orness Plaza per manufacturers specification. o Existing supply/return air ducting, power supply, water in/out, system control, and condensate lines shall be utilized when installing the new unit. Any reconfiguration or replacement of faulty existing connections to the new heat pump are considered incidental to installation of the new heat pump. ll questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Facilities Supervisor in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Facilities Supervisor in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Facilities Supervisor as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
