Updates will be applied as soon as they are available Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for on-call Quality Management Assessment (QMA) services.. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will require the submittal of an electronic PDF file of the Statement of Qualifications (SQQ) as stated in Section IV "Submission of Statements of Qualifications (SQQ)". The work shall be performed on projects to improve the State transportation system throughout the counties in California. In some instances, data collection may involve regional analysis beyond the counties identified or into adjoining states to properly assess the context and intensity of impacts to the concerned resources. The Consultant shall be capable of delivering the QMA Services primarily in the USA. QMA Services may be required at international locations. The Consultant shall be capable of performing QMA Services at international locations if needed. The QMA Services work shall be performed at Division of Engineering Services, METS, District 59, Office of Quality Services and Source Inspection (OQASI). In support of the OQASI, the Consultant will provide QMA services for the materials to be performed at fabrication facilities, and field material inspection for projects located state-wide. The specific location of the work to be performed shall be identified in each Task Order. Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement. Eighteen percent (18%) goal participation required Estimated contract amount $2,400,000.00 - $3,4999,999.00. The estimated contract term is three (3) years Please refer to the RFQ for goal requirement and Attachment 1 for licensing requirements for this contract. It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting an Statement of Qualifications. The Department has no way of identifying companies or entities that have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
