Site work and paving for a road / highway in Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project work includes the milling and shaping of existing sealcoat pavement, and placement of 1.5" of PHMA surface. As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project. 20 Project questions shall be directed to Erin Bruner at (309) 524-2367 or ebruner@moline.il.us. All bids shall be accompanied by a guaranty of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. A Performance, Labor, Material and Maintenance (1-year) Bond, in the full amount of the contract, shall be furnished by the lowest bidder upon receipt of Notice of Intent of Award. The form of the bond shall be that furnished by the City and the surety shall be acceptable to the City The City of Moline reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its interest or to advertise for new proposals.
