Site work and renovation of a civil project in Hempstead, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project number- 103-0049 This bid is to provide the following items: 1. 200 gpm duplex lift station 2. Approx. 7,000 LF of 12" water line 3. Approx. 3,500 LF of 8" and 12" sanitary sewer 4. Approx. 4,900 LF of force main 5. Approx. 8,000 LF of 4" gas line 6. Project includes TxDOT and Union Pacific bores Union Pacific requires dry-bore under railroad Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of City of Hempstead in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The deadline to ask questions is 3/04/2022 12:00 AM CST The Work will be substantially completed by the CONTRACTOR within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, subject to adjustments of Contract Time allowed in accordance with Article 11 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 10 days after the date of Substantial Completion.
