The work for Building 3 includes: Repair concrete foundation walls and loading dock platform, replace / reconstruct deteriorated brick masonry on exterior facades, repair deteriorated stone units on exterior facades, replace lintels on exterior facades, repoint brick and stone mortar joints, replace stone steps and metal railings, replace stucco ceilings at entrance porticos, replace all windows and exterior doors in existing punched masonry openings. Also included Abatement of Asbestos containing window & door caulk, and perimeter base flashing. The work for Building 82 includes: Replace / reconstruct deteriorated brick masonry on exterior facades, replace lintels on exterior facades, replace limestone balusters and coping units, waterproof existing copper roofs. The estimated value of the work is $3,264,107 to $3,840,125. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
