The Board of Perry Township Trustees, Logan County, Ohio are requesting bids for lawn mowing/maintenance of the three Perry Township cemeteries known as North Greenfield, East Liberty and Greenlawn. The three cemeteries total approximately 18 acres. The request is based upon the following mowing/ maintenance schedule with an anticipated mow day being Wednesday or Thursday of each week except for when an annual holiday falls on Wednesday or Thursday: 26 weekly mows of the cemeteries at a cut height of 3 1/2 inches to 3 3/4 inches 26 weekly trims around fences, trees, shrubs and headstones Trimming of shrubbery as needed to maintain size and appearance Weekly removal of normal tree debris that shed from cemetery property to be removed and disposed of Bidder will provide their own equipment. Any questions regarding the scope of work being requested can be directed to the following trustees: John Brose, 937-597-5937, JD Gibson, 937-441-9486 , Ken Rosebrook Sr., 937-441-2937 The business that is awarded the above scope of work will be financially responsible for damages to any headstones. Trustees anticipate no more than 26 mowing and weed trimming through 2022. Bidder must be bonded. Perry Township Trustees have the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids.
