The Lake Havasu City (City) Public Works-Airport (Airport) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering, architect and construction management services (A/E/CMS) firms licensed in the State of Arizona to provide professional design services on an as-needed basis. The Scope of the general consulting work will consist of, but not limited to,various disciplines for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) MPD-Aeronautics Group grant projects at the Airport. All work will be required to meet FAA Standards and the ADOT Standards. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with all Federal, State and Local regulations, guidelines, and standards including, without limitation, FAA Advisory Circulars, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Arizona Environmental Statutes. Attachment A provides a list of professional services and projects. Work will be performed under a Master Professional Services Agreement (Agreement) negotiated between each party and City, with Task Orders developed for individual projects. Separate Requests for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) may be developed for larger projects anticipated to exceed five hundred thousand ($500,000) dollars, in compliance with A.R.S. Title 34, Chapter 6. It is anticipated that the Agreement will have an initial duration of 3 years with an option to extend for an additional 2 years. There is no assurance that a selection will lead to specific projects during that time frame. Response should be both thorough and concise, detailing experience, personnel, and references relative to the A/E/CMS disciplines mentioned above, and must demonstrate the ability to provide the required services.
