Site work for a mixed-use development in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Fencing must be standard wire-woven, GAW and must stand 8 ft tall. Bids must include pricing to add, alter, demo or move existing fencing in order to appropriately adjoin new fencing where needed. Contractor is responsible for all work necessary to be performed and is responsible for disposal. Once awarded, the contractor must provide e-Verify certification and proof of license to operate within the City of St. Charles. The successful bidder will be required to provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and comply with the Missouri Department of Labor Standards Prevailing Wage Rates.
