For the demolition of the old HH Williams Memorial Hospital in Hay River. The primary objective is to demolish the old HH Williams Hospital and the incinerator outbuilding, including decommissioning of the building systems, abatement of all hazardous materials and its proper disposal. The secondary objective is to divert as much of the non-hazardous materials from the existing local dumpsite; maximize the recycling volume, and minimize the waste that will go to the Hay River land fill.
