Reference Number : 1574542 The Municipality of Sainte-Hélène-de-Chester wishes to obtain bids for the repair work on the municipal roads of Sainte-Hélène-de-Chester, over a total length of 7,930 meters as well as the culvert replacement work. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. This call for tenders and the awarding of the contract are conditional on obtaining the letter from the Ministère des Transports du Québec confirming the subsidy under the RIRL program (Redressement des infrastructures route locales) as well as the approval of the loan by-law. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
