Lacombe County invites quotations for the supply of culverts and couplers, meeting the specifications and quantities, as indicated in the Unit Price Reference Number : AB-2022-01190 Delivery Location: Public Works Shop Yard Quote prices F.O.B. to: o Lacombe County Public Works Shop at SW 28-40-27 W4M, Lacombe, AB. o County will accept nested loads when delivering culverts. o The supplier shall contact Mr. Butch Howard, Lacombe County Public Works Shop (403) 782-3567, in advance to make arrangements for delivery. Lacombe County reserves the right to delete the bridge size culvert item as indicated under "Schedule B" of this quotation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the County may consider any other factor besides price and capability to perform the work that it deems in its sole discretion to be relevant to its decision. The successful bidder must meet all conditions as outlined. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The County reserves the right to accept a quotation other than the lowest quotation without stating reasons. By the act of submitting its bid, the Bidder waives any right to contest in any legal proceeding or action the right of the County to award the work to whomever it chooses, in its sole and unfettered discretion, and for whatever reasons the County deems appropriate.
