Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mason, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of May 3 2022, the project was awarded to Rieth-Riley Construction, Inc., starting May 13, 2022 bid amount of $1,999.990.27. Construction shall include: areas of pulverizing, balancing and repaving road ways totaling approximately 14,000 Syd; removal of pulverized material totaling approximately 2,350 Cyd; areas of cold milling and repaving existing bituminous roadways totaling approximately 6,700 Syd; replacement of bituminous base course, leveling course and wearing course totaling approximately 6,000 tons; removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter totaling approximately 4,600 Lft, removal and replacement of 4" and 6" concrete sidewalks, driveways and ADA ramps totaling approximately 30,000 Sft, installation of 12", 15" and 18' storm sewer totaling approximately 3,000 Lft including structures; installation of 6" and 8" watermain totaling approximately 3,200 Lft including valves, hydrants and water services; installation of 8" and 6" sanitary sewer totaling approximately 1,100 Lft including structures, services and connections; signing and traffic control, complete cleanup and restoration, and other miscellaneous work items that are normally included with the described work items.
