The Project consists of, but is not limited to, repairs to existing stone masonry wall at the City Beach in Clear Lake, IA. Performance Bond Requirement: 100% of contract amount. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 calendar days after the date of opening. To the extent permitted by law, the Owner reserves the right to waive minor irregularities and to reject any and all bids. Award of contract is tentatively scheduled for: April 4, 2022. This project is sales tax exempt. The Owner will issue an exemption certificate for the purchase or use of building materials, supplies, and equipment that will be used in the performance of the construction contract.
