Renovation of a multi-residential development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Work is to be started in April of 2022, and shall be completed within the timeframe submitted on the Bid Form. The following requirements will apply to this project: o City of Minneapolis Apprentice program o Small and Underutilized Business Program (SUBP) o 6% Combined Minority (MBE) and Woman (WBE) business goals o Workforce - 20% female, 32% minority.
