Renovation of a mixed-use development in New Haven, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.
New Haven Community Schools Board of Education will receive firm prime contractor bids for labor, material, equipment and all other services to facilitate the 2022 summer work referenced at the above listed buildings. Each proposal must be completed in full on forms furnished by the construction manager. The proposal shall be sealed in an opaque envelope and marked with the name of the bidder and the project name. Proposals are to be addresses to: Attention: Cheryl Puzdrakiewicz, Superintendent Administration Building Roof Replacement New Haven Community Schools Administration Office 30375 Clark Street, New Haven, MI 48048. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board or Superintendent of New Haven Community Schools. All bids must be accompanied by a signed and notarized statement to comply with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act of 2012 and Equal Opportunity Statement. Forms are included in the bid proposals. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part; to award contract to other than the low bidder; to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interests of the owner.
