Roane County is inviting sealed bids for Roof Replacement at Kingston Elementary School subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Invitation to Bid, the bid specifications and the Roane County Purchasing Manual. This project is being funded by the Emergency & Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funds. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as currently amended if bid price exceeds $25,000. If bidding over $25,000 a 5% bid bond is required.
