As of May 11, 2022, project was awarded to Archer Western Construction, awarded amount is $191,898,860.62. Construction of the Arcadia Lake Water Treatment Plant (ALWTP) Process Improvements Project-WTP-01B Project.This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and plant to perform all necessary labor for the construction of the Arcadia Lake Water Treatment Plant (ALWTP) Process Improvements Project-WTP-01B Project A certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be required of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids.p Performance, Maintenance and Statutory Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price with a Corporate Surety licensed in Oklahoma and approved by the Owner and Engineer, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding and the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act Geotechnology Project No.: J024375.05
