Owner anticipates that the Project s total bid price will be approximately $7,000,000. The Project has an expected duration of 270 days. Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division A - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and subsequent statutes mandating domestic preference applies an American Iron and Steel requirement to this project. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term iron and steel products means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials. The Project includes the following Work: Installation of a 350,000 Sequencing Batch Reactor Wastewater Treatment Plant The Work includes making improvements to the District's Wastewater Treatment System in unincorporated Routt County, Colorado. The project includes civil, mechanical, electrical, controls, and other Work necessary to make the facility fully operational. 1. Hydraulic capacity of the wastewater treatment facility is rated for 350,000 GPD and 800 PPD of BOD
