PROJECT ESTIMATE: $506,068.00 CONTRACT TYPE: This is a LUMP SUM contract and includes two (2) alternates PROJECT SUMMARY: This Project consists of improvements to Bronson Park, between Cady Street and Dr. Samuel McCree Way on Olean Street. The scope of work consists of the Removal of existing asphalt basketball court, play equipment, and safety surfacing tiles full depth. The installation of pre-teen and tot playsets on pured in place safety surfacing, outdoor classroom including seating stones and shade trees on stone dust pavement, and concrete sidewalk as shown on th eplans. ADD Alternate #1 includes the installation of a full basketball court, chain link fencing, (2) stanchion, (2) benches, bike racks, and trash receptacle, colorsealcoat, line striping, and (3) shade trees. ADD Alternate #2 includes installation of a 1/2 basketball court with chain link fencing, (1) stanchion, (2) benches, bike racks, and trash receptacle, colorsealcoat, line striping and (3) shade trees as shown on the bid set drawings.
