The Project shall be known as 3123 50th Street East Drainage Project (A22-0132/ 2020.005.001) and the general character of said public works project shall consist of the following: Replacements of an 18" storm drain that's causing erosion issues. The approximate quantities of said Project are as follows: - 2 Junction Boxes (48" dia.) for 7 ft. deep - 214 LF of 18" Storm Drain, Class III RCP - 32 LF of 24" Storm Drain, Class III RCP - 1 24" Dissipator Headwall - 30 Tons of RipRap, Class II over Fabric - 146 LF of Chain-Link Fence - 2 Dome Inlet Protectors Special instructions are as follows: It shall be mandatory that all bidders submitting a bid attend the PreBid Conference and MBE/DBE/WBE Forms 1 & 2 located in Exhibit A of the Bid Documents are required to be submitted at or before this mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. Time of Construction: From the date stated in the Notice to Proceed, the Project time of construction is 30 consecutive calendar days.
