This public call for tenders is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: ACCQO - Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario; AQNB - Agreement for the release of public markets in Quebec and New Brunswick; CFTA - Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
