Site work and renovation of a civil project in Detour Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Upgrade pumps, controls, and electrical in two stations and complete station replacement in third station. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 1 LSUM Pump Station #1 - Replacement of pumps, piping, valves, electrical, and controls 1 LSUM Pump Station #2 - Replacement of pumps, piping, valves, electrical, and controls includes new standby generator 1 LSUM Pump Station #3 - Complete replacement of existing submersible pump station with new concrete structures, pumps, piping, and controls Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. DeTour Village, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner.
