The owner has selected a General Contractor. A timeline for construction has not yet been established There have been Addenda issued for this project. Through this Request for Proposals, Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals for the purpose of complete renovation of the first floor and second floor of 707 W. Milwaukee St. building (including misc. work in the basement and third floor). The first floor is being converted into a crisis stabilization unit and the second floor is being converted into a crisis residential unit. Work in the basement mainly consist of mechanical upgrades while minor office renovations will be completed on the third floor. Please review the formal specifications for additional information and submittal requirements. Failure to adhere may result in your bid being deemed non-responsive.
