ITEM: Construction Management Services for Conway Community Center The City of Conway invites interested Construction Management/General Contractor Teams (CM) to submit a written Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to perform Construction Management Services for the City of Conway Community and Aquatic Center. Only those firms or individuals submitting letters of interest and completed proposal packages which best meet the needs of the City of Conway will be considered, regardless of past contracts with the City of Conway. Construction contracts for the project shall not be entered into without a payment and performance bond in the amount of the contract. The fixed Limit of the Construction Cost for the Construction Management Team for this project is $27,300,000. The community center component will mainly be housed within a remodel of the existing Acxiom Building (450 Corporate Drive, Conway, Arkansas 72032).
