Potential Subcontract opportunities which may exist on this project include, but may not be limited to: Hauling, Electrical, Landscaping, Excavation, Site Work, Concrete, Masonry, Asphalt Paving, Carpentry, Painting, Utilities, Flooring and Installation, Signage, HVAC, Plumbing, Drywall, Pest Control, Communications, Fencing, Suppliers and other items not specifically referenced herein. Project includes construction of a New Fire Station in the Riverlights Community In accordance with the City of Wilmington's Minority/Disadvantaged Business Policy, the bidder shall make good faith efforts, as defined by the Bid Specifications, to subcontract 14% of the dollar value of the prime contract to businesses which are at least 51% owned and controlled by minority, socially, and/or economically disadvantaged individuals (MBE/DBE's).
