The Work consists of providing a 3rd Roof Mounted Exhaust Fan (N+1) along with associated demolition, new ductwork, electrical, controls, structural supports, and roofing modifications/repairs. The Work consists of Upgrading the Filtered Exhaust System at the Physical Science Facility (PSF) Building 3430. Duration/Completion: Estimated Project Complete ready for use, No Later Than, 295 days from issuance of Notice of Award. Prime Contractor shall be pre-qualified prior to submitting bid; likewise, Subcontractors to a Prime Contractor performing work shall be prequalified prior to issuance of the NTP. Note - An Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of less than or equal to 0.9 for Prime Contractor (1.0 for Subcontractors) and no willful OSHA/State Labor & Industries Citations over the past three years is needed to meet the pre-qualification requirement. To apply for prequalification, Only General Contractors attending the Mandatory Virtual pre-bid Conference may attend the Mandatory pre-bid walkdown. General Contractors must attend both to be able to bid/propose on this project.
