Renovation of an educational facility in Paris, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of July 17, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. D&S ENGINEERING #G21-2312 Two level 7-unit faculty housing building with wood frame and structural foundation with metal roofing and split mechanical systems. Project also contains ADA upgrades to several restrooms in separate buildings on campus. Proposal Security: Proposal Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check for 10% percent of total proposal. Make security payable to the Owner (Paris Junior College). Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount and are to be included with signed contract.
