Over excavation 1,350 CY Furnish and Place Asphalt Pavement, 4-Inch 1,260 TN Furnish and Place Topsoil, Seed, Fertilizer, Mulch and Water 1,875 SY The estimated quantities as indicated above and in the Bid Proposal are inserted only for the purpose of determining the low bidder. The City of West Bend, Wisconsin, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, subject to the provisions of Sections 62.15 and 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled time of opening bids.
