Renovation of a transportation facility in Penn Yan, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Base Bid project generally consists of furnishing and installing a 38 to 40 KW, natural gas fired electrical generator on a new concrete pad with automatic transfer switch, required connections, inspections and incidentals to provide a fully automatic backup electrical generator. Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the contract. Prevailing wage rates apply. A NYSDOT Minority and Women's Business Enterprise (MWBE) goal is included in the project. The owner is sales tax exempt. Technical questions shall be directed to Allison Lia, P.E. at Passero Associates on or before March 15, 2022. No questions will be answered after March 15, 2022. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. Last Day for Questions Tue, Mar 15 5:00 pm The right is reserved to waive any inconsistencies in the bid and to reject any and all bids.
