Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Longview, Texas. Working plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.

The purpose of this solicitation is to secure the services of an experienced Contractor to provide demolition services for various property locations for the City of Longview. Proposals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt. The objective of this solicitation is to secure the services of a Contractor to provide demolition services and related items including site clearing structures listed in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). Under this award, work shall be authorized subject to funding, up to the contract limit. It is the intent of the City to award by Group. The City wishes to award each Group individually. Awarded Contractor(s) are responsible for all services listed in this bid. The City intends to award the contract sought by this Invitation to Bid to the lowest responsive responsible bidder who provides goods or services at the best value for the City for each Group. The City reserves the right to award or reject any and all bids received, in whole or in part, to waive informality in any bid(s), and to accept the bid for each which, in its sole discretion, is in the best interest of the City of Longview.
