Renovation of a swimming pool in Marietta, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
For all labor, material and services necessary to construct the project known as Marietta Aquatic Center Pool Rehabilitation (the Project), located at 233 Pennsylvania Avenue, Marietta, Ohio 45750, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Project general description includes inspection of existing pool surface for voids, damaged and delaminated areas. Contractor will supply all materials and labor to make up to 100 sf. ft. of repairs. Contractor will prepare surface per specifications, remove and install new tiles as required, apply bonding agent and SGM Diamond Brite to surface of pool. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is a Ohio prevailing wage rate project. Bidders shall hold bids open until sixty days after the bid opening. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
